How to request a refund or exchange
Contact us at [tvůj kontaktní email] with your order number and let us know whether you'd like a refund or an exchange. We'll get back to you within 24-48 hours with next steps.
Eligibility
- Your request must be made within 30 days of the delivery date.
- Items should be unused and in their original condition where possible. Since Sleevy sleeves are a wearable item, minor signs of trying it on are fine — we just ask that it's not damaged or altered.
- Proof of purchase (order number or confirmation email) is required.
Refunds
Once your return is approved, we'll process your refund to your original payment method. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or card provider.
Exchanges
Want a different design or size instead? Let us know and we'll arrange an exchange at no extra cost.
Damaged or incorrect items
If your Sleevy arrived damaged or you received the wrong design, contact us immediately with a photo of the item — we'll send a replacement or issue a full refund right away, free of charge.
Non-returnable situations
We're unable to offer refunds for issues caused by misuse (e.g. improper washing, submersion in water, or damage after 30+ days of normal wear).
